What to consume:
Optional: Drink 16 ounces of lemon or lime water upon waking
Eat small meals over the day of only ONE of these options:
Banana (with optional lettuce)
Papaya (with optional lettuce)
Banana + papaya (with optional lettuce)
Steamed potatoes (with optional lettuce)
Steamed peas (with optional lettuce)
Steamed winter squash + steamed green beans, brussels sprouts, or asparagus (with optional lettuce)
Optional: Drink pure cucumber juice in the afternoon
Once you make a choice, stick to that food for at least 4-7 days.
