Violet Kepo’o, Dr. Joe’s daughter, just loves Young Living! She wanted to share with us how she uses YL to help get her morning routine energized.

Here are the oils she uses on a daily basis to energize her morning routine:

En-R-Gee™ essential oil blend is a combination of Rosemary, Juniper, Lemongrass, Nutmeg, Idaho Grand Fir, Clove, and Black Pepper for an invigorating aromatic boost when preparing for any of life’s challenges or demanding performances when you need it most. Place several drops on the back of your neck and behind your ears for the greatest effect.

Peppermint essential oil contains menthol for an invigorating aroma and a cooling sensation that soothes fatigued muscles. When taken internally, it promotes healthy bowel function, supports gastrointestinal system comfort, and adds a fresh, minty flavor to foods. Place several drops on your forehead for optimal results. Note: if you ever happen to get any essential oil in your eyes, use coconut oil to wash it out, NEVER use water since that will create bigger problems for your eyes.

Citrus Fresh™ essential oil blend combines Orange, Grapefruit, Mandarin, Tangerine, Lemon, and Spearmint essential oils to cleanse the air with an uplifting and refreshing aroma when diffused. It contains antioxidants and has cleansing properties when taken internally. Place several drops behind your ears or directly on the ear lobe for best effect on your mood and mind.
